Riptide, TRX, Bootcamp
Undoubtedly one of the most efficient total-body workouts in the world!
We developed ‘Riptide’ by combining various disciplines and modalities of exercise from some of the finest fitness training programs using the best full body movements that engage every muscle of the body!
“Riptide’ circuit uses various short-burst of high-intensity rowing and cycling with functional training and strength stations designed to burn maximum calories while building lean muscle, endurance, muscle tone and cardiovascular condition!
There is also a team orientated, friendly competition component to this program that is addicting and will have you working harder towards your max effort that will help provide extreme results! The circuit will have modifications so that everyone can work at ‘their’ level.
*Riptide, TRX, Bootcamp classes are subject to Small Group Training Rates and must be pre-paid.
The popular SAC weight-loss program always has a waiting list! Teams and individuals compete over 10 weeks to lose weight and improve fitness to win exciting prizes!
Teams meet once per week, you select the time and day that will work best for your schedule.
The Team Leader will lead group during weekly meetings, workouts, discuss nutrition, and weigh you in. You will leave each weeks meeting with a workout to do during the week until your next meeting.
After your weekly meetings, your team leader will use the data collected to update our scoreboard. Team and individual leaders will be posted weekly; specific results will not be disclosed.
The top 3 men and the top 3 women with the highest percentage of weight lost at the end of the contest will receive exciting gift certificates and prizes!

SAC participates in the Healthways SilverSneakers Fitness program. SilverSneakers is the premier fitness program for boomers provided at no cost by more than 60 health plans nationwide. SilverSneakers is helping a generation defy the odds, shatter stereotypes and answer every challenge with, “I can do this!” Weights, treadmills, classes and other amenities are included.
We also offer fitness classes designed for all abilities led by our certified instructors. Classes include:
- SilverSneakers Classic: 60 minute toning, strengthening and stretching workout. Improve your balance, flexibility and strength while listening to some great music and having fun!
