Fitness Instruction
We are committed to helping you get the most from your SAC membership. Our Professional Trainers are available to provide advice and guidance on the most effective way to use our machines and equipment. All of our trainers are also available for one-on-one sessions to maximize your time spent at SAC to help ensure you get the results you are looking for!
New Member Orientation, we call it the ‘Basic’
Complimentary to all new members is our 45-60-minute Basic. The Basic will help get you started with an overview of the correct use of both cardio and weight training machines. You could alternately use this time to learn some basic free weight training exercise should you desire to learn that skill (additional training sessions are highly recommended to ensure safe and effective free weight training).
*Please note: complimentary ‘Basic’ is an orientation. If you have injuries or medical issues which require specific exercise prescriptions, we recommend you participate in a Fitness Consultation and/or Personal Training sessions with our Certified Personal Trainers.
