Group Exercise Classes
Barre
Full body low impact workout that lifts your glutes ; tones your thighs, abs, core & arms. A ballet barre is used for stability. You will also work with floor gliders and light weights.
Barre/Pilates Fusion
This mix of Barre and Pilates will help strengthen your core, legs and glutes, increase your flexibility and energize your entire body. Please bring a Yoga mat, and grip socks are highly recommended.
LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT
A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
LES MILLS BODYPUMP
This class is a revolutionary weight training workout in a group fitness setting using barbells with adjustable weights, set to motivating music. BODYPUMP is a simple, athletic based workout that strengthens, tones and defines every major muscle group in your body. It is the workout for EVERY-BODY.
LES MILLS BODYSTEP
An all systems go workout that retains the essence of a great step class and adds fun athletic movements to the mix with huge amounts of spunk, personality, driving music and great training principles. BODYSTEP™ is broken into individual tracks that have specific training objectives. while the class is continuous cardio, it is also broken in periods of intense work with built in recovery.
Cardio Sculpt
A full body workout for all fitness levels. This class combines various cardio drills with light weights and body weight exercises for a complete full body toning workout.
Caribbean Rhythm
Caribbean Rhythm is a high energy class where you are sure to feel your entire body at work. This class incorporates resistance strength training with dance so it is perfect as an overall body workout. There is never a dull moment as you shed pounds and dance your way into the new slimmer you!
HIIT
A high intensity interval training class designed to increase strength and endurance incorporating plyometrics and a variety of weights. Select heavy weights for less repetitions alternating with 1-3 minute cardio drills.
Silver Sneaker® Classic
60 minute toning, strengthening and stretching workout. Improve your balance, flexibility and strength while listening to some great music and having fun!
Strong Nation®
Strong Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves, synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. A total body workout to great music!
Tai Chi
This class will teach you the basic Tai Chi postures in a low intensity, beginner class. The class focuses on
flexibility, strength, and balance.
Yoga Fusion
If you liked BodyFlow, you will love Yoga Fusion! This program will take you through a series of simple yoga moves with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is part of all the exercises, and your instructor will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm.
Zumba
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people to-ward joy and health.
Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed to meet the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs of seniors. Perhaps Zumba Gold will provide a suitable option for older adults seeking alternative means of reaching their exercise goals.
Pool Group Exercise Classes
Aquamotion
No pain, ALL gain!! Water gives buoyancy not given in land aerobics and will help keep the body cool during exercise. This class will include a warm-up, aerobic segment, strengthening and toning segment and end with stretching. Great for those with joint problems.
Aquarobics
The Aqualogix system uses the properties of water to deliver a challenging fun workout with results! Half the class is focused on water aerobics and raise the heart rate. The strength training utilizes different props to in-crease strength using noodles, water weights, kick boards, water bars or bells and fins various to create various exercises. Stretching takes place before and following the workouts.
Masters Swim
We’re well known in the community for offering Masters Swim Classes. This is a specialized, nationally-recognized class that instructs and improves your strokes in a lap swimming class.
Cycling Group Exercise Classes
Total Body Rhythm Ride
A full-body cycle workout incorporating high intensity cardio, upper body sculpting, and core training. This energizing class will tone and shred max calories, all while riding to the beat of playlists that keep you having fun!
Tour de
This class simulates rides that are similar to century rides along country roads. Spiced up by having a little of everything. Class decides which genre of music to ride to.. 80’s, 90’s, heavy metal.
Old School Ride
An indoor cycling class which is taught on a modified stationary bikes designed by Stages Cycling. Our nationally certified instructors will take you on an incredible journey, simulating the types of terrain that you encounter while riding your bike outdoors.
Journey on the Beat
This class will take you on a journey while giving you a fun, heart-pumping workout. Ride on the flats, up hills, and down, led by a certified instructor motivated by great music.
No experience necessary. First time cyclists are welcome in all classes, however we ask that you come in early so that we can set you up safely on the bikes. As with all of our Group Exercise classes, our instructors would be more than happy to show you a few moves before class starts.
