Small Group Training

All classes must be prepaid. Please speak with front-desk staff to sign-up for small group training classes.

$5 per class for members
$15 per class for non-members

Personal One-on-One Training

Prices are per session. All packages must be paid in full. 5% discount for the mature client over 60 and for students 17 and under.

1 Hour Session Packages*

3 Sessions $65-$85 each
6 Sessions $60-$80 each
12 Sessions $55-$77 each
24 Sessions $50-$75 each

1/2 Hour Session Packages*

6 Sessions $37.50-$45 each
12 Sessions $34.50-$43.50 each
24 Sessions $31.50-$42.50 each
