BODYVIVE is a low-impact, whole body group fitness workout is designed to boost fitness and core strength. It’ll leave you fizzing with energy so you can really take life on!

- A low impact workout to train your heart

- To do some functional strength training
- Easy to follow, fun, low impact movements

- To see people of all ages and fitness levels
- Two or three instructors to lead the class and show easy and more intense options
