In fact, a new study in American Journal of Health Promotion found women ages 25 to 60 who jumped several times throughout the day significantly incresased their hip bone density, while non-jumpers lost bone mass. How does it work? Jumping creates an imediat stress on the bones, causing bone cells to regenerate!
