Repeat “I think I can.  I think I can.”  “women who believed they could tolerate a tough class and push through an intense spinning session reported feeling less muscle pain than cyclers who doubted their ability, a study from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Chanpaign finds.  Experts say perception of difficulty may be a self-fulfilling prophecy.  So sweat with a can-do attitude!
