H2O Facts

Our body is made up of over 50-75% water. The percentage varies with age and gender.

What we use water for:

  • Lubrication of joints
  • Hydration of skin
  • Rids body of waste
  • Transports blood through system
  • Complete nervous system (hemostasis?)
  • Cooling system of body
  • A function of how alert the body is

Do you know how important water consumption is for Fat Loss? If your body is below 50% H2O, it will not release stored fat!

You can survive weeks without food but only days without water.
