Floppy Feet make for a Better Flutter Kick

Do you make little progress or feel like you are going backwards when you kick with a kickboard?  No, you don’t need Michael Phelps mega flipper feet.  You need to have a shallow, loose, floppy, footed kick.  To have a floppy kick, keep your feet turned inwards and kick hitting your big toes gently together.
