Beat those Winter Blues

By working out, nutrients and oxygen are delivered to your tissues, which help your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. You will have more sustained energy when your heart and lungs are working optimally. In addition, physical activity releases endorphins, which trigger positive feelings shown to reduce depression. So beat the winter blues and increase your energy levels by kicking up your physical activity!
