WHAT IS KINESIS?
Kinesis is a training form designed to focus on balance, flexibility and stability. Each of these elements is trained together to optimize your physical strength and endurance.
HOW DOES TRAINING WITH KINESIS MODULES DIFFER FROM OTHER TRAINING METHODS?
When using traditional training equipment, you are usually supported by a bench and work on a single or isolated muscle group. Kinesis Training takes the focus off one particular muscle group and works on the whole body through movement. This principle of integrated movement describes how you move in everyday life or perform during physical activities (swimming, golfing, etc.).

Everybody can do Kinesis. With Kinesis you will experience a new training method, based on elegant and diversified movements. A certified personal trainer will lead you through the exercises and movements based on your fitness goals and physical conditions.
WHY DO I NEED A PERSONAL TRAINER FOR KINESIS?
Successful Kinesis Training is based on continual adaptations and physical challenges geared to meet the specific needs of the student-you. A personal trainer is needed to offer such challenges and adaptations in both stable and unstable environments allowing the student to gain the optimal benefits of the training. Working with Kinesis, in a small group setting, allows the personal trainer to monitor each student individually and offer new challenges as a student masters a movement and is ready to progress to the next level, helping to create maximum fitness gains. This progression is the key to Kinesis Training success.
